The Aires Quartet was born in 2014 by the common intent of four young musicians, curious to explore, through ensemble music, the tonal-expressive potential of the accordion, a very recent instrument which in recent decades has experienced a very rapid growth. There are not many original songs for this line-up, and it is from here that the Quartet's journey begins: a path made up of collaborations with composers and the recovery of past material, revitalized by adapting to this very particular staff. Despite the very recent training, the Quartet already boasts a series of participations in important concert seasons and international public events.
